Services include professional executive coaching and related consulting focused on leadership, decision-making, performance, and professional development. Scope, format, and timing are agreed case-by-case.
3. Important disclaimer (not medical care)
Coaching is not medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapeutic treatment and does not replace clinical diagnosis or healthcare services. If urgent mental health or medical support is needed, contact qualified emergency or healthcare services immediately.
4. Bookings, fees, and payments
- Fees, payment terms, and invoicing details are defined in proposals, confirmations, or separate written agreements.
- Unless otherwise agreed, a session or engagement is considered booked once scope and schedule are mutually confirmed.
- You are responsible for accurate billing information and timely payment.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, sessions may be rescheduled or canceled without charge with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full or in part.
6. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, participate in good faith, and acknowledge that results depend significantly on your own effort, decisions, and implementation.
7. Confidentiality
Service-related discussions are treated as confidential, subject to legal obligations, explicit consent, and the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
Specific personal, professional, business, or financial outcomes are not guaranteed. Services are delivered with professional care, but outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the provider’s control.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, frameworks, methodologies, documents, and materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit them without prior written consent, except where mandatory law permits.
